The Wedgwood Institute in Queen Street, Burslem whose unique terracotta façade will help make our region a World Heritage Site.
Hello Phoenix Trust,
My name is Harvey Richards and I just want to say that I what you are trying accomplish is brilliant.
I am wondering how I can get involved with the trust’s work and help to make North Staffordshire’s Industrial Landscape and the Churnet Valley a World Heritage Site.
I should like to meet some of the people involved and help out anyway I can. Unfortunately, I cannot meet with you face to face at the moment as I am in Cambodia teaching Conversational English to students.
I would love to communicate with the trust while I’m out here and you when I get back to Stoke.
I should like to hear from you as I am genuinely interested and very supportive of your project to make the North Staffordshire Coalfields a World Heritage Site.
It is an area of Britain’s economic history that is very important but one that has been forgotten about.
Thank you again for taking the time to read this email and I should love to hear from you.
Regards
Harvey Richards
David Martin our CEO has replied to Harvey thanking him for his support and hopes to meet him when he returns to Stoke.
