Gladstone Pottery Museum’s Annual Pass

The Gladstone Pottery Museum’s Annual Pass is now on sale.

An adult pass costs £10.50 while a concession pass or a child’s pass costs £8.75.

Passes are valid for 12 months and a 2 for 1 Tea or Coffee voucher for the Gladstone Tearoom will be given with all passes purchased until Sunday, September 23rd.

DiaryDate – Staffordshire Hoard autumn lectures

The second talk in the Staffordshire Hoard autumn lecture series that looks at the formation of the kingdom of Mercia, the people and societies that inhabited it and how they were influenced by external forces takes place at 2.00pm in The Potteries Museum and Art Gallery on Saturday, September 22nd.

Given by Dr Nigel Tringham, senior lecturer at Keele University and County Editor of the Victoria County History of Staffordshire, this talk examines the migration patterns of settlers in Anglo-Saxon Staffordshire.
