Keighley residents will decide how £180,000 Government funding is spent.
Local people are being invited to join Community First Panels which make grants to community groups. The money comes from the Neighbourhood Matched Fund which is helping 15 deprived wards in the City of Bradford.
The Community First Panels have been set up by Keighley and Ilkley Voluntary and Community Action.
Community development worker Jo Horrox said residents would come together to work out priorities for their neighbourhoods and plan for the future.
